Aivalis Winery was founded in 1997 in Nemea by Christos Aivalis and is today strongly associated with his son, Sotiris. It is a small artisan family winery with an emphasis on Agiorgitiko and the small vineyards of the region. It stands out for its privately owned vineyards of approximately 35 acres and for red wines with a strong terroir expression.
