Bizios Estate's wines are the genuine expression of the unique terroir of Asprokambos and blend the old with the new keeping the tradition alive today. The organic vineyards with absolute respect to the environment are ideally expressed through the organic wines they produce. The privately owned vineyards, the extent of which are 100 stremmata (10 hectares), are found at an altitude of 850m in the village of Asprokampos, the highest point of the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Nemea. Asprokampos is a unique region in the appellation of Nemea. Due to its geographical location and altitude it produces special wines with good aging potential; rich in aromas, phenolic components and acidity. The grapes are a product of organic viticulture from vineyards with low output per hectare, thus achieving the best possible concentration of characteristics per variety.
