Sophia of Nature was founded in 2005 to utilize 8 hectares of organic vineyards in the Nemea region. The production and bottling unit was completed in 2006 in Koutsi, with an emphasis on grape products such as vinegar, pomace and balsamic vinegar. It stands out for its family/handmade character and for organic products that highlight the fruit of Nemea beyond wine.
